Welcome to Waves and Mangoes Resort! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with our policies:

  1. Check-in & Check-out Timings:
    • Check-in time is 12:30 PM.
    • Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  2. Late Check-Out Policy:
    • Check-out after 12:00 PM will incur half-day charges.
  3. Smoking Policy:
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and within the property premises.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation after booking will result in 50% of the booking amount being deducted.
  5. Booking Deposit:
    • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  6. Room Charges:
    • Room charges are ₹2,500 for two persons.
    • Extra persons will be charged ₹500 per person.
  7. Meal Timings:
    • Breakfast: Starts at 9:30 AM.
    • Lunch: Between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
    • Dinner: Between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
    • The kitchen closes at 10:30 PM.
  8. Hotel Closure Timings:
    • The property closes at 11:30 PM. No activities are allowed after this time.
  9. Sound System Use:
    • The sound system is available only for hotel use, and the volume will be managed by the hotel staff.
  10. Damage to Property:
    • Guests will be charged for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
  11. Pet Policy:
    • Guests are fully responsible for their pets. Any damages or harm caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner.
    • The hotel does not provide utensils or services for pets.
  12. Guest Safety:
    • Guests are responsible for their safety while exploring the property. The hotel is not liable for any accidents or mishaps.
  13. ID Requirement:
    • All guests must provide a valid ID at the time of check-in.
  14. Age Restriction:
    • Only 18+ couples are allowed to check in.
  15. Personal Belongings:
    • Guests must ensure all their belongings are collected before check-out. The hotel is not responsible for any items left behind.
  16. Room Maintenance:
    • Guests must switch off all lights and electrical appliances before checking out.
  17. Payment Policy:
    • The remaining balance payment must be settled on the first day of check-in.
  18. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the rooms, on beds, or on mats. However, they are welcome in the gallery area. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets adhere to this policy.
